There are many towns dotted along our coast, but none so inviting as Hollywood Beach. Early risers can jog along the boardwalk or grab breakfast at one of the numerous open-air cafes. For the foodies amongst us, dining al fresco is a must. A practical reason to buy a home in Hollywood Beach is the renovation of the entire area. This includes a massive influx of investment around Johnson Street. Over $175 million was spent on the newly constructed Margaritaville Resort on Ocean Drive. We recently had the pleasure of listing for sale a property located at 1490 Sheridan Street, unit 15B in the community of Sheridan By the Beach. This expansive condominium home,1,300 square feet of total square footage, offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
