The Sea of Jazz Fest is starting both nights at 7:00 pm. – 11:00 p.m.
The Sea of Jazz Fest is hosting an epic lineup of Grammy winners and jazz icons. Friday night starts off on the right note with Phil Woods Quintet with Brian Lynch, Bill Mays, Steve Gilmore and Bill Goodwin playing, then heating up the night, Nanny Assis & Brazilian Carnaval Jazz will perform, followed by Hubert Laws and Tierney Sutton jazzing up the night and finishing out the night with Randy Brecker Quintet and their “secret weapon” with Ada Rovatti. Start your weekend off right and take in this night of dynamic music.
Not to be the least disappointing is Saturday night’s line up at the Sea of Jazz Fest with The Clayton Brothers Quintet with John Clayton, Jeff Clayton, Gerald Clayton, Terell Stafford and Obed Calvaire getting you in the groove, followed by The Ken Peplowski Quintet with Shelly Berg, Niki Haris, Tom Kennedy and Ernie Adams as they perform Old Blues Eyes and Lady Day, bringing you the best of Frank Sinatra. To close out this phenomenal weekend of jazz delights is the Christian McBride Trio with their expressive depth and nuance.
