Well after all, we are in Florida, so do as the Floridians do and EAT FISH! We’ve got your place, Catfish Deweys located at 4003 North Andrews Ave. Family owned and operated since 1984, they serve it up right. They are dedicated to serving you the very best seafood available for the best price. Farm raised catfish is their specialty, but the menu does include all types of seafood, done just the way you like it; fried, blackened, broiled or grilled.They have their all you can eat daily specials; Monday and Tuesday’s for $20.50, shrimp and fried clam strips,Wednesday at $20.00 BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Thursday and Sunday’s they offer their Alaskan Snow Crab Legs at market price. Friday’s it’s $21.00 forfried Sea Scallops and then to kick it up a bit, they add a little cajun to it and call it their Louisiana NIght on Saturday for $22.00, Fried oysters, fried clam strips and boiled crawfish. You can add their famous catfish to any of these at no additional charge. In season, October 16th through May 15th, they do offer fresh Florida Stone Crabs in their all you can eats.
Their regular menu includes several options from coconut shrimp served with a pepper raspberry sauce to snapper, basa, mahi, cod or tilapia prepared as you prefer. Not to forget the lobster or frog legs to complete their seafood offerings. And for those of you who don’t care for seafood, they have steaks; New York strip or flat iron and chicken you can choose to have BBQ’s, grilled, blackened or fried. All dinners include potato, homemade cole slaw and hush puppies.
They are open daily from 11:30 am – 10:00 pm, with a full bar and happy hour on Monday – Friday from 4:00 – 6:00.
