Galt Ocean Mile Update
As the year comes to a close, this post is a review of one of our market areas. Commencing the new year, 2016 I will actively look closely at the activity along Galt Ocean Mile and in particular the following three condominiums:

Riviera, 3550 Galt Ocean Drive
Play del Mar, 3900 Galt Ocean Drive
To start, this week I will review the real estate activity in the Commodore on Galt Ocean Mile for this past year.
This eighteen-floor high rise building was built in 1966 and is home to 192 families. It is located directly facing the Atlantic Ocean and offers its owners direct beach access. To the west are grand views of the intracoastal. The 24-hour secure building offers a door man and a safe entry card option. The building offers a garage and the following amenities:

As with all real estate properties, including homes sold on the Galt Ocean Mile pricing is determined by previous sales, the condition of the home, i.e., has it been updated/upgraded and for example the location within the building including ocean front views.
